The front desk needs to improve communication skills!!! Lack of urgent facility backup plans during emergencies highlighted glaring inadequacies. Guests deserve better operational preparedness to avoid such frustrating experiences!!!

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the clean room with comfy beds and the tasty breakfast featuring delicious eggs and coffee. The pool area looked amazing, and I could see people relaxing under the sun loungers. However, there was a bit of a mix-up at check-in since my fiancé had trouble getting in when she arrived later, which was a bit frustrating. 😊

The customer service was really impressive, and the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the local spots. We enjoyed a delightful visit to the State Theater and House of Culture, which was a cultural highlight for our family with three kids.

For dads, it would be great if there were more mosquito nets in the rooms to protect the kids from bites.

The complex is pretty clean, and the pool area is nice with plenty of trees and shade. it was great that it was close to shopping and food places.

Metro Cafe and Italiano Cucina & Bar are solid finds nearby, offering delicious local flavors. The classic breakfast spread is a nice touch, even if it lacked variety. The hotel area is easy to navigate and has a pleasant garden that's perfect for chilling out.

During a storm, water and electricity were off, and the front desk staff didn't help much. Our first room was noisy, and ice was from a pricey vending machine. Breakfast was below par, and the lack of amenities like a fridge was disappointing.

I found the room cozy and clean, with friendly and helpful staff making my stay enjoyable. Being just a short walk away from Vicente Guerrero Park and other landmarks made my city strolls effortless and fulfilling.

I was shocked at the poor service I encountered. My fiancé was denied entry even after I informed the front desk about her arrival. The reception staff's lack of communication led to an embarrassing situation for her in front of other guests. I believe management owes us an apology and a refund for the terrible treatment we received.
